Late night tremor rocks Bajura

Bajura, Aug 22: An earthquake measuring 4.9 on the Richter scale shook Bajura last night.

The quake with epicenter at Bajhang district struck at 12:50 am, according to National Seismological Centre, Kathmandu.

Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Rajendra Pokharel, confirmed there were no incidents related to the earthquake in the district. The locals were shaken off from their sleep in fear after the quake heaved under their beds.
