Dr Bhattarai discharged from hospital

Bhaktapur – Naya Shakti Party Coordinator Dr Baburam Bhattarai was discharged from hospital on Wednesday, six days after undergoing a prostate surgery.
He underwent the surgery at the Gatthaghar-based Nagarik Community Hospital last Friday. The total cost in his treatment including the surgery was Rs. 85,000, according to the hospital administration.
At a press meet held before leaving the hospital, Dr Bhattarai stressed on the need to put an end to the trend of going abroad for medical treatment that is available inside the country.
