One dies of altitude sickness

Charikot (Dolakha), Oct 27 (RSS): A man died after suffering acute altitude sickness during a trekking trip in the Rolwaling area in the district on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as Mani Kumar Rai of Salyan rural Municiplity-4 of Solukhumbu district.
According to District Police Office Dolakha, Rai had gone to a hiking trip as a porter of Dutch tourists.
