RJP-Nepal will participate in third-round of local-level election

Panchthar, August 7: Chairman of the Federal Socialist Forum Nepal, Upendra Yadav, has claimed that the Rastriya Janata Party (RJP)-Nepal would participate in third-round of the local-level election scheduled in province no 2 for September 18.
Speaking at a press meet organised at Phidim of Panchthar, Chairman Yadav said, “”RJP-Nepal’s participation in the polls will mean a victory for it irrespectively of whether it wins or gets defeated.””
He, however, said that the government did a mistake by not holding the local-level election in province no 2 in the second-phase itself while stressing the need for addressing the remaining issues through constitution amendment.
He pointed out the possibility of unity between Federal Socialist Forum Nepal and Naya Shakti Party as initiative was underway in this regard. RSS
